Do I need the child's birth details to give it?
No. You give the card; the parents enter the dates, times and places themselves when they order with the code.
How does the card reach them?
A designed card with its own code comes to you by email as a PDF: print it and hand it over, or forward it on the day you choose.
How long is the code valid?
6 months from the day you buy it.
What if they'd rather have a different reading?
Write to us with the code. We swap it for another reading and settle any difference.
In which language will the reading be?
English or Bulgarian: the parents choose when they order.
Who makes your reading
It started with my first daughter. She was born with seven planets in Aquarius, and none of the parenting books described the child in front of me. Her chart did.
For more than five years I have read the charts of my own children and of our friends' children, and then watched what actually helped at home. The Starmates grew out of that. I still read every chart myself, and a human checks again before anything leaves us. Everything we learn goes one way: towards parents, as advice you can use on an ordinary Tuesday.
